Also, when Chance went down in my crawl space to rewire, he spotted a very slow leak where my pipes to the sink was.. it must have been dripping for a while. Black Mold set in. Everything is good now. No more electricity Tripping, the leak was fixed by a WireNut plumber, and black mold was removed. I am so thankful Chance saw the leak. Fabulous company! "
