"My wife met your tech when he arrived and showed him where the outside fan was located, and took him into her studio to see the rest of the A/C unit that was not cooling. She said he quickly examined the unit and told her what the problem was. Upon her approval, he quickly went to work and got the unit working to cool the studio. When I got home later, she commented favorably on the tech’s work; I was pleased that once again, Appleton Campbell had quickly and professionally fixed yet another problem for us. Well done."
