Norstar tech found several issues with our electric furnace, and our central AC needed to be replaced. After much thought, went to York heat pump. Install is clean and professional looking. Tech even cleaned up the wiring mess from the original install. So far I enjoy that it's quieter and really looking forward to not loading wood into our furnace from 6 a.m. to 10 pm for 6 months of the year. Wish I'd done this sooner. They even worked to integrate controls for our wood furnace which I kept, mainly because last year we had snow in our yard for 6 months. If I can avoid being married to the wood furnace for 10 months a year, I'll be a happy man. Thank you Norstar!"
