Several different solutions to a leaking underground water line to our house were considered and written up by an employee (Sean) within an hour after his arrival and presented to me on the same day. He informed me that he and his crew would arrive the very next morning to begin excavating at the leak site in order to access the water line and to make any necessary repairs. Sean and his assistant (Kyle) arrived early the next morning and worked in very demanding, rainy, cold, and miserable conditions, and did a superior job of repairing the leaking portion of the water line by using state-of-the-art materials along with their competency and professional work ethic. Their positive and friendly attitude during the entire repair procedure and post-job cleanup was refreshing and helped to relieve some of my anxieties. I am completely satisfied with Bob Larson Plumbing and will call them for assistance with any other plumbing project. "
