I chose Spencer because Google said Spencer had Tesla-certified technicians, and I needed a tech that I could trust installing a Tesla charger in my garage. The tech that was assigned did a fabulous job, and after discussing the project, it was confirmed in my mind that he knew what he was doing. "In April, we had to have our ejector pump replaced, and the installation went fine. Unfortunately, the outdated cover needed to be replaced. The Technician told us he would investigate to see if he could find a replacement and get back to us. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a call from the office to set up an appointment. We want to thank the Technician who went above and beyond. It really reflects well on Spencer! Thanks again, Spencer!"
