Your guy even set up space heaters for my dad and communicated with me to assure me they were safe! It was forecast to be 17 degrees that night! The communication was awesome, as I was in Florida, and the calls kept me informed even on Saturday and Sunday! You were there first thing Monday morning, on a holiday, too, MLK day!
