"Gabe was an exceptional installer for our Navien tankless water heater. He is a measure twice, cut once professional. He uses a magnetic level to ensure that the metallic gas pipes are indeed level. I hovered around him most of the time, and not once in the 1 1/2 days did I hear him say good enough. He didn't even stop for a lunch break!! He single-handedly installed the Navien unit within the estimated time frame. He also scoped out additional plumbing issues here at our house and recommended a Halo water conditioner system. We will be replacing our current salt-based water softener system next year, thanks to his recommendation. Many thanks for your excellent service."
