"The tech arrived shortly after we called. Our sewer was totally backed up. After diagnosing the issue, the techs had to work in subzero weather, and that did not slow them down. Digging was done quickly, and new lines were delivered while they were digging. There was a lot of teamwork, and our bathrooms were functioning in no time at all, thank God! No fun being without a bathroom!!!!"

He provided great insight into the options for choosing a new water heater, so we would be prepared when that time arose. And he did a fantastic job replacing the old water heater and installing the new model when we made the purchase. His work was timely and professional, as was his customer service approach."

"We had Climate Control come out for a year furnace check. The tech was polite, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He found a crack in our heater exchange, and I could see the sincere concern, and he felt bad having to relay the bad news. He helped me through the process of setting up an install for a new system. The next day, installers arrived. They were polite and friendly. They worked all day, never taking a break, until the job was done. I was extremely pleased with my experience. The three employees of Climate Control made a bad day more bearable and easier to go through. Thank you."
