"The toilet replacement wasn't easy, and it was in a very cramped place, but Josh made quick work of the job. The new toilet he recommended has worked perfectly Every. Single. Flush. A huge win as the old toilet was beyond annoying. He made sure my floor wasn't dinged when he removed the old toilet and left the bathroom spotless. Grassroots has always provided us excellent service! They communicate clearly and do what they say they're going to do. "

"I contacted Grassroots after a few neighbors used them and recommended their service. My water heater went out, and I was easily able to book online for next-day service, but it was pretty late in the afternoon. Jacob called me first thing in the morning and discussed my issue, and was able to move things around to get a plumber to my house first thing in the morning. Byron was assigned to my job. He was very professional, clearly a master plumber, and was very transparent about everything that needed to happen to get me squared away. We found out my water heater was under warranty (3 months to go), and Byron helped get it approved to be swapped out, which reduced the overall cost of the job. I also had a question about another plumbing job. Byron could have easily overcharged me and performed the work I asked for, but instead, he came up with a better idea that would be overall safer and would cost much less to do, and still achieve the outcome I was looking for. I was going out of town that morning, but Byron stayed late and got the job done with superb skill. Grassroots will definitely be my go-to plumbers moving forward! "

"This company is awesome. I had other companies that could not fix my leak. One even told me I needed to tear out the tile around my Jacuzzi. Nicholas from Grassroots looked at the problem and then contacted Delta. Delta immediately sent me the parts I needed at zero cost. They quickly came back and did the work with the new parts. BAM no more leak. Best price too. I could go on and on about the professionalism and the quality of their work. It was a real pleasure. I recommend them 100%. P.S. Nicholas does a great job representing your company. You need to hang on to him. Thank You!"
