"I was very pleased with the initial discussion with Tony. He was very personable and professional, and explained everything to my understanding. I never felt that I was asking "silly" questions, and he did not rush me. Also, whenever I have had my annual service with George, I felt the same way. He has always taken the time to explain things. The workmen who came out to install the system were also great. They made sure to explain any questions I had about the units and the new Thermostat and left the areas they worked in spotless."

"The install team (Simon, Ed, and Chuck) was on time and extremely professional. Working in the attic and the hot sun of a 99-degree day, they got the job done efficiently, and I never heard them complain. I was happy to see one of your other trucks show up with ice water for the team. That really showed camaraderie between your guys, which I appreciate. The system looks good and is working well. My salesman gave me options and was not pushy at all. Jessica in the office was extremely efficient and very friendly in getting all of the paperwork settled. Thank you for getting the job done before the brutal heatwave. You kept our kids and us cool under grueling conditions. We all appreciate it!"

"My 18-year-old AC unit developed a refrigerant leak, R22, on Father's Day, the Sunday before the anticipated very hot stretch of weather. I called and Niko, the repairman, was there on time. He scheduled my appointment with Tony the next day, and on Tuesday, Chuck and Chris installed the new AC/Heater. Dan came back a week later to make a minor adjustment to the position of the unit, and all is great. Jessica and Chelsea were also courteous and professional. Big thanks for the gifts - nice touch. "
