"Everything was amazing. From the initial tech who looked at my old furnace, to the salesman, the people I spoke to on the phone, and the installers were all wonderful. My heat went out on the coldest day of the year. They were able to come out 2 hours after I called, and when it was clear I would need a replacement, the salesman was there an hour later and installation the following day. The price was good too!
