"This was my first time using Buckners. First, I called and spoke to Jeffrey, a very nice and down-to-earth guy got me on schedule for the next day. Then Jon came and inspected to see what was wrong with the AC. Told me the bad news I needed a new unit, but I already expected that lol. Jon was very nice and showed me what he found and got someone to come later the same day to go over costs, etc. Spoke to Steve and he knew what he was talking about, very nice and didn't try to upsell some fancy units, and worked with financing options. It was very quick and painless, and he was able to get me a new unit the next day to be installed. The next day, Caleb and Caleb were awesome! They had to do a little extra work in my crawl space, and they were great and courteous. The finished work was fantastic. I really appreciate everyone's hard work and making this very easy for me. You will get all my business needs and will definitely recommend you guys. These guys are the best!! Thank you!!"
