"From the start, with Brad giving us a quote and then coming out to answer our questions after the installation, the experience was smooth and easy. He is knowledgeable and explains things so we understand. Your installers were polite and professional. Even though they went in and out many times, they wore booties every time they came in to keep my home clean. They were hard workers and got the job done in one day. We really appreciated their efforts. "

"Everything was fantastic; workers were always on time, did excellent work, were polite, helpful, and were extremely knowledgeable. My installer’s name was Tom, and I can’t say enough about his good work ethic, knowledge of the system, and his pleasantness and politeness throughout the gas furnace installation. Tom is a complement to your company. "

"VERY satisfied with Redmond's! From the first meeting with Brian Redmond to go over my options to the install team (Brayden, Cole, Maddux, Chipper, and Hunter - everything was seamless! Very professional and polite - answered all the questions I had on the new system - always going above and beyond. I've been with Redmond's for 13 years, and this is my second install with them! I will continue to recommend them to everyone! 100 out of 10!!"

"First of all, thank you for the lovely gift. That was so thoughtful. Just another reason why our experience with you was amazing. First, the timing for this furnace came around Christmas, and we were dealing with tenants. You came right away to attempt to fix the furnace, and when that was not possible, within a few weeks or less, you put in a new furnace. Everyone was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind, even though the situation caused a delay in our quality assurance evaluation. Everyone worked so well with us, and the results were a perfect installation along with the most friendly and knowledgeable staff ever. Thank you again for everything. "
