"RCC was recommended by my neighbor after RCC installed new HVAC at their house. After several frustrating meetings with other HVAC installers, RCC meeting was a welcomed relief. Brian provided a recommended unit, acceptable price and a contract was signed the same day. Seven days later the unit was installed by two very competent techs, Tyler and Braydon. They answered all questions during the process and provided a binder with necessary information to apply for PPL rebates and RCC registered the equipment with Bryant. Have worked with four other HVAC companies over the years and highly recommend RCC. They are the first company that did a follow up quality review of the installed equipment. RCC is now my one stop maintenance contractor for heat pumps, hot water heater and generator. "

"I found the salesman very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. On the installation, the technicians were knowledgeable about the product and what they would have to do to get the 70-something-year-old furnace out of my basement. Everyone worked efficiently, each had separate responsibilities, but worked together as a team, again taking the time to answer my many questions. The job went smoothly. The installation has a very neat appearance. They addressed a few minor issues I wanted changed quickly, and they came around a few days later to do system checks. I feel confident that the furnace will work great this coming heating season, and I know who to call if there are any problems."
