"First of all, thank you for the lovely gift. That was so thoughtful. Just another reason why our experience with you was amazing. First, the timing for this furnace came around Christmas, and we were dealing with tenants. You came right away to attempt to fix the furnace, and when that was not possible, within a few weeks or less, you put in a new furnace. Everyone was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind, even though the situation caused a delay in our quality assurance evaluation. Everyone worked so well with us, and the results were a perfect installation along with the most friendly and knowledgeable staff ever. Thank you again for everything. "
