"Brad was awesome. I had a unique situation and he listened to my needs and what I wanted accomplished with heating and air conditioning. He gave me some options and explained how each would work. He recommended an option and explained why it would be the best option. He left me with time to think about what I felt would work best. I was extremely happy that he didn’t push me that day to make a decision as I needed that time to make an informed decision. Brad was very knowledgeable about the product, the process and the warranty. Any questions I had he got back to me immediately. He was always polite and eager to help. There are 2 main reasons I chose RCC. One of them was Brad with his knowledge, expertise, and his courteousness and attentiveness to my unique situation. The second was simply because of Bryant being made by Carrier. Shawn, too, was polite, knowledgeable, and considerate of me, my home, and my pets.
