"Everyone at this company has been very pleasant and helpful. A friend of mine recommended Balanced Air after my previous company had no one on call to send out when my AC stopped working, and I had to wait for a tech for 1.5 HOT days. Balanced Air sends someone immediately. They just installed a new system for me, and my house is comfortable once again. Becky follows through after work has been done, and there is good communication within the company--no games. AC techs are helpful in explaining what needs to be done due to what they found without pressure, and no up-selling. Balanced Air takes the time to do the job right, and appears to be a company of hard-working people who want to get the job done right. I have recommended this company to other people, and they are now satisfied customers, too. "

"Ben's knowledge of Daikin products was exceptional, Ben explained the procedures for installation and set up, he also went through how the operation of the unit would save us money over time and the exceptional warranty for materials and labor 12 years, that practically sold us right there, he explained about his family's business of 35 years, and as a retiring contractor I understand that that is a great thing to have knowing someone will be there tomorrow in case you need their assistance with a problem or standard routine maintenance, I would highly recommend that someone at least give them a a opportunity, if you need a new AC or just maintenance, as a remodeler I of 40 years I'm highly recommending them."
