"Ben's knowledge of Daikin products was exceptional, Ben explained the procedures for installation and set up, he also went through how the operation of the unit would save us money over time and the exceptional warranty for materials and labor 12 years, that practically sold us right there, he explained about his family's business of 35 years, and as a retiring contractor I understand that that is a great thing to have knowing someone will be there tomorrow in case you need their assistance with a problem or standard routine maintenance, I would highly recommend that someone at least give them a a opportunity, if you need a new AC or just maintenance, as a remodeler I of 40 years I'm highly recommending them."
