"The team showed up at 7:30 am on a very hot Florida day. The unit was in the attic, and a new unit was going in the attic. The job took 12 and 1/2 hours. How the guys made it through surprised me. They were great and went over how to use the thermostat, and went over all the paperwork when the job was done. The unit is working great. So happy we went with Balanced Air. Also wish to thank Eddie, our salesperson. He was well-informed and a pleasure to deal with. "
