Upon our decision, he was able to offer us some rebates to lower the cost. The installers were very gracious, courteous, and prompt with their estimated time of arrival. I was very impressed with the handling of my personal possessions during the total installation, including sweeping the floor before exiting the home. This is my 2nd large unit with Ball, and I have always been happy with their service."

"Ball has a long-term reputation in our community, so I contacted them to service our 2 HAVAC units. After fully servicing both our units, the technician spoke to us about future upgrades. Our units were 26 years old and could go out anytime. We didn’t know how poor they were working until we had them replaced. Now we are freezing when we have the AC set on 78 (our usual summer temperature)! My husband and I have to laugh about it! The team that came out completed both units inside and out, in a matter of hours and left everything spotless and clean. Excellent warranty package that will serve our home until long after we are gone! Call Ball - that’s all! "
