Michael was our HVAC sales rep who had already been to our house last year to do a free inspection (with our membership) and let us know that our HVAC was pretty old (we were aware) and that it would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. Fast forward 6 months, and our water heater suddenly kicked the bucket over the weekend, and we knew we had to get that replaced immediately. The unexpected cost of the water heater was a bummer, but we were able to get 0% financing on both systems if we purchased them together, and Michael was able to give us generous discounts on our new HVAC system, too! The new water heater was installed the SAME DAY, which we were extremely grateful for, and the new HVAC system was installed the very next day! Everyone who came to the house was awesome - professional, personable, and friendly. Easy to talk to and explained or answered any questions that we had. Thank you to Lenny, Rylan, Justin, Sean (and another guy whose name I didn't get), Michael, and Walker (who came to adjust the temp on the water heater), who were all wonderful; we've already referred Ball to several of our friends!
