"Very happy with Trevor, who performed a service on the unit, and upon further questions from me, he gave us 3 options regarding the replacement of the unit. Upon our decision, he was able to offer us some rebates to lower the cost. The installers were very gracious, courteous, and prompt with their estimated time of arrival. I was very impressed with the handling of my personal possessions during the total installation, including sweeping the floor before exiting the home. This is my 2nd large unit with Ball, and I have always been happy with their service."
