"I have been a customer with Kustom Heating & Cooling for several years as part of their regular ongoing maintenance plan program. I’ve always had great experiences with all service technicians who came out to service my units. I have always felt they were fair and honest with their service and pricing. Recently, I had a new AC and Furnace installed, and the installation went very smoothly. When the team finished, you didn’t even know they were in my home. They left it so clean. They did an excellent job at explaining my new system features and controls. I would highly recommend. A+++"

"We had our furnace and A/C replaced on 12/5, on one of the colder days we’d had thus far. Installers (Josh and Caleb) arrived on time at 8 a.m. after we received a text alerting us ahead of time and allowing us to see where they were. I met them at the garage door, walked them through the layout, and they set to work. Their work was excellent, and when they left, you couldn’t tell they were here (outside of the newly installed equipment, of course). All was done by 3. Kudos to Josh and Caleb for their fine work and personable attitude! Our whole experience was great, beginning with the estimate process by Todd, the timeliness of the work, and the quality of the installation. Even our Schnauzer and Cairn approved, as they didn’t bark after their initial introduction! I highly recommend Kustom Heating and Cooling for their 5-star service!"

"I called Kustom because I was an Elgin girl born and raised… and because I like to support smaller companies. They have always been completely professional all the personnel that I have met have been kind and soft spoken, but really smart and obviously committed to doing the best job for each client/customer I have never been disappointed in any manner when working with your people and having a company like yours makes me feel safer in a world where things often don’t go easily, but I know you’re out there to help me maintain the things that I absolutely need in my home for my comfort and care so thank you one of you and especially the younger team member members who will be taking over eventually I hope you’re learning everything you need to know, especially attitude, confidence, curiosity, and dedication. These are the things that matter."
