"We had our furnace and A/C replaced on 12/5, on one of the colder days we’d had thus far. Installers (Josh and Caleb) arrived on time at 8 a.m. after we received a text alerting us ahead of time and allowing us to see where they were. I met them at the garage door, walked them through the layout, and they set to work. Their work was excellent, and when they left, you couldn’t tell they were here (outside of the newly installed equipment, of course). All was done by 3. Kudos to Josh and Caleb for their fine work and personable attitude! Our whole experience was great, beginning with the estimate process by Todd, the timeliness of the work, and the quality of the installation.
