We live in Andrews, TX, so location was part of our deciding factor. We could have purchased this same unit without having to make a 2300-mile round trip. But in the end, Jackson's approach and based on our previous visits to the dealership, sealed the deal on our decision to purchase from Three Way. Three Way is our kind of place. Simple, straightforward, and down to earth. There's no high-pressure anything. Preston did our walk-through, and we went through every area. He did a great job, was very personable, and we really just had a good time. There were a few items that needed to be addressed that afternoon, and they were. Cheryl, at the front desk, always made sure coffee was made, and her bowl of candy was full. I was a frequent flier to that bowl! She was always warm and welcoming and a pleasure to visit with. Lester, in parts, spent some time with me and answered any questions I had, and made some great suggestions for our immediate needs. I got his card, and he said to reach out anytime. Jackson was always responsive whether it was by phone, text or email. Always shot straight and was upfront about and during the whole transaction. Cody got us through the paperwork quickly and was very informative with any questions we had. We had the opportunity to go through our new rig with a fine-tooth comb, and they were prepared to make any corrections if needed. Their PDI process, our walk-through, and the quality of Brinkley found no more deficiencies, so we left the next day around noon.
