"When the wife and I arrived last Saturday, we were immediately greeted by Hank. We told him what we were looking for (one we saw online) and he took us over, said to look around as much as we wanted, and let him know if we needed info on anything. Talk about an impressive and LOW-PRESSURE experience, this was amazing to say the least. I have been in the automotive field for well over 30 years, and never have I seen or heard of a salesman being that laid back and not pushy. He came back out with us once we decided this was probably the one, and he guided us through it and even got on the roof with me (we did get on the wrong one first, lol). Again, laid back and not pushy. The wife and I talked and decided, this is it, so we told Hank we would take it. He wrote it up, explained everything, and offered financing if we needed it (we paid in full and did not need financing). When I picked it up, Nick in service took me through it, operated it, and explained how everything worked. We noticed a couple of minor items I missed initially, and Nick jumped on them like a duck on a June Bug and all was well. I got it home and realized, somehow, the key would not open the door (they worked at the dealership, so that was odd). Hank answered my text right away (8:30 PM on a Saturday, even though he was off and had a death in the family), and we tried everything. I ended up drilling out the cylinder and got it open, then replaced it with a keypad RV lock from my old camper. Nick even called me on Sunday to make sure everything else was good. In closing, I will sing your praises to high heaven!! Thank you and your team for a wonderful experience. We will recommend others to come see you.
