"Diago was an excellent service tech. Very compassionate and helpful. Due to the problems with the furnace, it was more economical to purchase a new furnace. Kevin, the sales rep came over immediately the next day. He presented all the choices and totally was great. He explained all the facts, models, etc. He was very knowledgable and in no way ever pressured me into purchasing. The next day. Mike and Jimmy came to install the new unit. They were personable and hard working. They did an excellent job and answered all my questions. They also replaced the air conditioner the same day. They were very professional at all times very confident in their skills. Matt was over the top when he came over during the installation and talked to me about the age and possible problems with the air conditioner and worked out all the details quickly. In times when customer service is so lacking in almost every business is was a wonderful experience to do business with such a professional, well run company.
