"When I built my house, over 30 years ago, (I'm a retired Carpenter) I installed, myself, an early Air to Air Heat Exchanger, now called a Heat Recovery Ventilator. It now had to be replaced and I needed someone knowledgeable to do it. Robert was not only very professional but very responsive. And highly knowledgeable in this specific HVAC application.
