"I woke up and found myself without heat. I called JIT at 7:30 am. I talked to the office. The technician Seth was at my house by 8:30 am and had my heat up and running for me by 9. While doing a check of my furnace Seth brought up some concerns with my unit. He was polite, prompt, and explained his concerns very well. Justin and Josh came out later in the day to give me a quote with my options to fix the issue. Not pushy salesman, which I liked, just explained my options and the benefits of each. The entire process was organized, prompt, and professional. I would highly recommend JIT to anyone in need. "
