"A/C failed after a power outage during hot weather. I expected to be far back in the queue for a response, but 1st contact was early the next morning. Then, Tim was on-site by 9:45 AM. Tim clearly explained all the options. Repairs (replacing capacitor for compressor, cleaning coils (overdue), replacing thermostat (troublesome for years) ) were finished in 2 hours. The A/C working great."
