"Kanon Electric has a smooth operation going and I will gladly recommend them! I had an ongoing issue with my light fixtures and they were helpful in investigating, diagnosing, and fixing the issue. The team at Kanon was wonderful to work with from the back-end folks on the phone to the electricians at my house. To the folks on the phone (Anne, Jessica, Paulina)- they were consistently friendly, responsive, and attentive to helping me get scheduled quickly, and were able to easily relay messages to the techs and talk with the manager (Jimmy) as needed. To the techs (Justin, Kyle, Solomon, Cody) - they were knowledgeable, clean/respectful of my home, explained their work in easy-to-understand terms, and offered recommendations along the way. Having electrical issues and work done can be stressful due to costs and the unknown but Kanon seems to be reasonable in their pricing and offered various pricing packages that I could choose from. They stand by their service by offering a warranty and being thorough in the inspection and home safety evaluation. All in all, Kanon runs a collaborative and cohesive operation and it made the entire process easy for me. Once I hired them, I knew I was in good hands.
