"The techs who showed up to do the work: Bryan & Shawn; and then John and John - were awesome; very courteous & thoughtful (I didn't even have to ask them to put booties on when entering our home..that's the first thing they did..we greatly appreciated that off the bat)..their work ethics were excellent; they got right to work & didn't waste any time or energy..got the work done in a timely manner & explained everything they were going to do & followed up with explanation of the job once done.
