"When I decided I needed help with my AC, I went online for local HVAC companies, I compared information and Airtech of Humble information made me feel confident, so I called. The phone receptionist was nice, and I got an appointment the next day (awesome since my AC wasn't cooling very well). William arrived for the appointment offering information about his and Airtech's qualifications and listened to the issues. After he inspected all the equipment, he spent time putting together 5 different recommendations for the issues. We decided we needed a new system rather than patching the already old and problematic equipment. William set up installation for the next day, the installers arrived early and went straight to work and seemed to be working hard throughout the time they were here. I was impressed that when they were cutting a hole in our ceiling a worker was holding a box underneath the area to catch the drywall dust that was falling, wow! William came back on installation day checked out the work and stayed until everything was completed. The floors were cleaned up and they took all the trash with them, so that was amazing. I had a few questions during the installation and talked with Alyssa and Reuban and they were both helpful and courteous. Chris and his partner arrived early for the cleaning of the ductwork and vents. Chris explained each step of what they were doing, they both worked hard and once the job was completed, they even vacuumed the floors. Today I received the full invoice and warranty which was a very quick service. I have been happy receiving this wonderful customer service and sorry for this long note, but I felt I needed to list the people to recognize them for good jobs done. "
