"Anthony came out in early July and gave me options for a new install, very thorough. When I was ready, Erika scheduled me in a few days time. Timoteo came out and explained everything beforehand and 2-3 technicians came in and did an excellent job. Erika sent all the documents needed for rebates/sales/etc. the very next day.
