Joy is an outstanding salesperson and employee. Her knowledge of the systems is comprehensive. Your repair man came on Saturday at 8 PM and tried his best in the pouring rain to get the old system working. Then with only two days to go before the new system was installed, Joy brought a portable air conditioner to me so that I could at least have comfort at night in my bedroom. I just couldn’t have been more pleased. She definitely went above and beyond. I felt that level of commitment from all of the employees that I met. They left everything neater than it was prior to putting in the new system. They took time to speak to a neighbor about what I was having done and the neighbors ended up purchasing a system from you, as well.
