"The salesman explained everything very well and Sunshine's installation team did an excellent job with my new Carrier system. It was installed in just a few hours, there was no mess, and they installed a new concrete pad for the outdoor unit and replaced and painted the wood under the inside unit. Everything is working perfectly. Nicole came in a couple days to show me how to use the smart thermostat. I'm technologically challenged being a senior citizen, and she was very patient reviewing several features with me twice. Yesterday I received a package with delicious cookies and a lunchbox cooler as a thank you gift. What a nice touch."
