"My furnace stopped working on a day when the temperature was single digits. I called Bolster DeHart and they had someone out to perform a diagnostic that afternoon. They came back in the morning to install a gas inducer and found that the gas valve was also bad. They came back around mid-day and installed that and my furnace was back in operation by mid-afternoon. I then obtained proposals for a new furnace and air cleaner from Bolster DeHart and two other HVAC contractors. Bolster DeHart worked with me to arrive at an acceptable arrangement, taking into account the work that had been done on my existing furnace, and I selected them to install a new furnace. The new furnace installation was completed in around 6 hours on the agreed-upon date. All of the Bolster DeHart personnel I worked with were professional, courteous, and responsive. I am pleased with their services and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others."
