"Once again, Blue Sky saves the day. A real person - who works there and not in some off-site scheduling hub - answers the phone. She listened as we explained the problem and made sure she understood what we needed. We had a sewer backup in our basement, and they were able to send someone within the hour. They scheduled a time window and were able to be early, and kept us informed of the expected arrival. The technician, Daniel, was excellent. He has been helping us nurse our aging pipes through the winter, and his patient care of a known problem is very helpful. We know a bigger repair is needed, and how Blue Sky has helped us keep things flowing until that can happen is great.
