When our furnace went out (installed when we bought the house new in 1992), we looked you up online, saw strong reviews, and I have seen your trucks now, so we gave you a call. That technician was very good and professional, explained what was going on with our system, and referred us to a salesperson who came by later. Two actually. Both were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Explained the options/costs. We made a selection (went with the less expensive option and he didn't do a hard sell to go higher, which we appreciated), and it was put in the next day. Price seemed fair; these systems are not inexpensive, but it seemed like what we expected, and the service and all the people who came out to do the install were all excellent. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience and happy to have given you a call when we needed help. Nicely done all around. And nice touch sending us snacks to say thanks.
