"This was a great experience! I called on a Thursday afternoon, and someone was at my house on Friday morning. The first wave of work was completed that afternoon! Then, the rest of the work was done on Monday... Marvin stayed until 8 PM on Monday to get all the work done in our cold basement in the dark.
