"Last visit was for a new HVAC install replacing an old unit. During the initial discussion of the replacement, your representative indicated that the return ductwork needed to be changed. During the installation, it was determined that the ductwork was fine. He said that if I wanted the change, they would do it, but I really didn't. He also adjusted the final price accordingly. I appreciate companies doing things like this and not selling things not needed."
