"The young man putting in the AC/heat unit told me he had a new sheet of plywood to put under the new unit because the one there was rotten. This happened many years ago as the pan overflowed. He didn’t have to do this, but did. Part of the facings around the attic steps had to be taken down to get the unit in. They put everything back. They removed the old unit and all the trash. Excellent job!"
