"Bob was great in fielding all of my questions about what the installation process would look like, looking into possible locations to place the new unit, and keeping me in the loop while he set up the installation. The installers were very respectful and did a good job installing the new system and ducting. The inspector worked to take care of the issues immediately that I had (I was being pretty nit-picky). Overall, very happy with the new system and installation."
