I expected your plumber to come and review the situation and set up a later time for installation, but he had reviewed the records of our unit and brought a replacement with him. His installation actually corrected several oversights in the original installation (not done by your company), and the new water heater is performing great. Joey was courteous and kept us informed as to what he would do and was doing, finishing with a summary of how to best maintain the new unit. I was very satisfied and would be happy if he works on our jobs in the future."
