"It all began with our AC going out. I explained to Taylen, our technician, that the furnace blower would come on and go off after a couple of minutes. His initial diagnosis was adding refrigerant to the AC, but that didn't do the trick, and the blower would shut down, and the coil would freeze up. After 2 days of frustration with extreme heat and humidity, it was concluded that we were going to need a new furnace and AC. Unexpected huge expense! We sat down with the comfort specialist and defined the brand and associated price as well as the timetable for installation. Fortunately, they were able to schedule us for the following Monday. The installation went successfully, and we're back in business. What began as a conceived minor problem turned out to be a monumental expense, but we're glad we have our AC back, as our animals were suffering from extreme heat. I applaud Hoover for attending to our problem with a team effort and scheduling the installation ahead of the initial date. We have signed up for the VIP program, and we intend to use Hoover for all our future needs."
