Not only was he friendly and professional, but he also did a stellar job communicating with us throughout the morning as he encountered issues during the maintenance on our furnace. He offered several reasonable solutions and was able to resolve the issues quickly. Most importantly, he was very attentive and respectful. I was full of questions and he patiently answered all of them. Miles was thorough in his explanations about our furnace, as well as describing the details of the annual membership we would be joining and are thrilled to be a part of. We hope to have him be our Tech for future visits, but he assured us that all the guys who are part of the Betlam team are absolutely fantastic.
