"Our salesman Rick was the only HVAC rep that gave us the choice of 3 levels of new equipment. We chose a more efficient furnace and upgraded our old A/C unit to a 13 SEER from an 8 SEER and passed on a 16 SEER. Rick was upfront with discounts available from NYSERDA and what kinds of financing were available. His inspection of our old system was thorough and made us feel confident that the job would be completed to our satisfaction. Shannon was very helpful at answering all of our questions in regards to rebates and applying for financing. The Betlem family treats you like family. The installation team called before they left their office and gave us an arrival time. Even though the weather was cold and rainy the install went smoothly and the house never felt cold. I was impressed with the pop-up tent they set up while installing the A/C unit in the rain. The team worked well together and was able to complete the job in a prompt and timely manner. The work area, as well as the entryway from the garage, were left clean. The A/C unit interface to the furnace is neater than our old system and all the ductwork and evaporation plumbing is properly installed and well secured. A masterful bit of workmanship installing a quality Carrier system in a reasonable amount of time at a very fair price."
