"We recently had a heat pump installed by Lanz Inc. Michael took care of coordinating the purchase and installation process. We are so very grateful to him for the outstanding service he provided, as well as his team, led by Thomas. In addition to the above, Michael answered all our questions and showed my husband how to set the air duct valves so that the air can circulate all over/through the house, as we had noticed since we had moved in the house, that the air would mainly circulate on the first floor. For the first time, we now have cool air circulating all over the house and it feels like we have moved into a brand-new home. Thomas also did an outstanding job and made sure all our questions were answered and that we were fully happy with the heat pump. We thank them and their top-notch teams very much. We also had some plumbing jobs done recently, and as usual, everyone from Lanz was great. They did fantastic jobs and gave us excellent advice.
