"The loss of air conditioning came at a very inopportune time. The temperatures were predicted to be in the 90's in the near future. The installation was accomplished on a Saturday. This all was prior to the 90-degree prediction. The installers were polite and efficient and I appreciated the effort to install the equipment in a more timely manner. I also appreciate and thank you for the gift. It is my second-best favorite candy--the first, being chocolate. "
