"The men that installed the unit were exceptional. Great representatives for your company. They were thoughtful in explaining my options since I would not have air conditioning for 1 night. They brought the portable unit and set it up and explained it to me/it worked great by the way. The one representative, his name started with a D but I lost the paper with their names on it, was very exceptional and kind. Your representative answered everything and explained even more from cleaning the filter to emergency shut-offs and he called the office for 2 other questions I had. He went above and beyond and I truly appreciated him. You are lucky (although I was luckier!) to have him on your team. Thank you very much!"
