I contacted Ranck, with who we have a service contract, and they were gracious enough to have a technician (Greg) find time to come that same day to fix the leak. He also recommended that we pursue having all of our pipes re-piped, and sent us to Rob.
Rob and the re-piping team (August, Jeff, and Trace) met with us for an estimate. As of today, I am pleased to announce the project has been completed. Jeff and Trayce were our service technicians for the re-piping. They were on time, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and professional. Most importantly they first listened to our problems and answered all our questions. They always wore masks when interacting with us. And left our house each day as clean as when they arrived. Jeff and Trayce completed the entire project In 2 days. Also, we had a last-minute request, and they were also able to fit in replacing a toilet in our downstairs bathroom before leaving. Our experience with Ranck and all of their Associates was very positive.
