"We are pleased with the work done, with the practical assessment being a potential drain flow problem from an airlock problem. The technician reconfigured the piping under the base cabinet. When that didn’t work, then snaked the pipe until the tip broke off due to blockage in the galvanized pipe. The final assessment of the tech was supported by the management team to replace the 87-year-old drainage system from the second-floor bathroom to the basement stack with PVC. The job was done with professionalism, and the technicians, Tom, Tim, and Elliot, were personable. We highly recommend this company."
