He noticed some pipes were not replaced correctly in the basement while replacing our water heater, and took the time to replace those, and was so nice during the whole visit. He made sure to keep us informed of what he was doing, how much it would cost, and asked if it was ok if he did it. He didn't just come in fixing things, and then hand us a bill we weren't expecting. Such a nice young man. We've never had a bad experience whenever we've had your teams come out, and that is why we will never go anywhere else for services.
