"Kandy was really helpful and understanding of my situation and worked with me through an issue that had come through no fault of the technician to rectify the situation. Collin the technician was also very helpful in giving me the appropriate information as to my options and kept me in the loop while the work was being done. He even helped me save a little bit which was not expected, but very much appreciated. I had a previously pretty rough experience with another plumbing company, and I now know who to go to for any further work.
