"From start to finish I am happy with customer service from everyone I talked to. The staff who answered the phone were very professional, supportive, and nice. Jeff was great getting me rescheduled when I had to cancel my appointment. The original apt. was on a Thursday, Jeff got me scheduled the next day Friday. Plus, he was very nice about having to reschedule us. Colin was non-stop at working on our air conditioners. He was professional, answered my questions, and explained what he would be doing, and why. He was very patient helping with questions on using the remote. Some older people, that would be me, have a tendency to forget things plus I don't think I ever totally understood how to use the remote, I did learn some things I wasn't doing correctly with using the fans on the units.
